Westwood Station Overview
Westwood Station is one of the largest mixed-use developments planned in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Close to Route 128 and Interstate 95 in Westwood, if the project moves forward as proposed, it will have significant impacts on the Town of Canton.
Project Team: Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, Commonfund Realty, Inc., and New England Development.
Development Program: The 135-acre development will include 1.5 million square feet of office, lab and R&D space; 1.35 million square feet of retail space devoted to specialty retailers and restaurants; 1,000 residential units; and up to two hotels with a total of 330 rooms.
